Del 7 al 9 de noviembre se celebrar\u00e1 el Foro Mundial de la Gastronom\u00eda Mexicana en Cuernavaca, Morelos.
\nCon motivo del decimoquinto aniversario del reconocimiento de la cocina mexicana como Patrimonio Cultural Inmaterial de la Humanidad por la UNESCO, el foro celebrar\u00e1 la cocina tradicional, y contar\u00e1 con cocineras tradicionales, chefs, artesanos, productores, acad\u00e9micos y especialistas de M\u00e9xico, Espa\u00f1a, Italia, Estados Unidos y Asia.
\nEl evento busca salvaguardar la cocina tradicional en M\u00e9xico y en el mundo, as\u00ed como reconocer su papel como motor de cohesi\u00f3n social, desarrollo comunitario y turismo cultural.
\nOrganizado por la Secretar\u00eda de Turismo en coordinaci\u00f3n con el Conservatorio de la Cultura Gastron\u00f3mica Mexicana (CCGM), este a\u00f1o se espera contar con m\u00e1s de 30 mil asistentes que podr\u00e1n disfrutar de conferencias, experiencias culinarias, mesas redondas, y encuentros culturales donde se abordar\u00e1n temas como la ca\u00f1a de az\u00facar, el mole, el piloncillo, entre otros.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
